Microsoft already announced that they will be launching Zune HD, their own version of Apple’s iPod, which will debut in USA on September 15.

Microsoft Zune HD will feature the HD Radio in which the Zune will have an integrated HD Radio receiver so you can be tuned into HD Radio content. Sad to say because we don’t have it here in the Philippines.

It will also have an HD Video Out which will support 720p HD movies using an AV Dock (note: dock will be sold separately.) The slimmed-down feature of this digital music player is very much cheaper than iPod.

Other features include Wi-Fi internet access in which you can surf the internet via built-in browser,  high definition video output capability and multi-touch navigation with a 3.3-inch screen and 16:9 OLED display (480×272 pixel resolution) screen.
